Positive Connection Care Inc (PCC), a non-profit 501 c3, was formed in 2009 with a commitment that extends beyond the ordinary. Our mission revolves around education, empowerment, engagement, and exposure. Positive Connection Care Inc believes in the transformative power of elements to shape lives, foster growth and build resilent communities.
Our primary background is providing community-based services to children and adults who have mental health challenges and advocating for them to be independent, cultivate strength, and champion their path to success. PCC is not just about programs; it's about people. We believe that every individual is unique with their shared strengths and dreams.

Execuitve Director
Dr. Erika Hendrix, B.S., M. Div., D. Min
Dr. Erika Hendrix is an experienced and compassionate leader and serves as the Executive Director of Positive Connection Care Inc., a prominent mental health organization with a background in Political Science and 20-plus years of dedicated service. Dr. Hendrix is committed to advancing mental health awareness, promoting evidence-based practices, and fostering collaboration with stakeholders to create a supportive and inclusive environment.

Assistant Director
Ms. Kimberly Perkins, B.S. Psychology
As the Assistant Director of Positive Connection Care Inc., Ms. Kimberly Perkins is pivotal in enhancing the organization's impact as a community-based mental health agency. With a Psychology and Elementary Education background, she brings 20-plus years of experience in program development and strategic planning. As a key leadership team member, Ms. Perkins is instrumental in realizing the agency's mission to promote mental health awareness and support individuals on their journey to well-being.

Program Manager
Mrs. Barbara Hendrix, B.A., Master Orientation Rehabilitation Counselor
As Program Director and QP, Mrs. Barbara Hendrix is dedicated to advancing evidence-based practices and fostering a culture of empathy and inclusivity within the agency. With 35 years of experience in Social Work with the Visually Impaired, Retired Exceptional Children’s Coordinator for the visual impaired student with Guilford County Schools; Mrs. Barbara Hendrix’s skills program development and strategic planning have been a great asset to Positive Connection Care Inc. Her collaborative approach with stakeholders and commitment to innovation contribute to Positive Connection Care Inc. success in providing quality mental health services.
